We offer a number of options for deliveries of our product. Some options may not be available all of the time, and some options may be location specific.
At Rush Slowly we use recognised and reputable carriers to make our deliveries on our behalf. Sadly, no one is perfect, and on rare occasions deliveries don’t arrive on time, or maybe even go missing. We are always here to help, simply fill in this form and we will help you in managing your problem.
Should you wish to return a product for any reason, you have 14 days to do so from the date of delivery.
Unfortunately you cannot simply return one of our products without obtaining a returns code first. Without a returns code any product returned may NOT actually reach us without the code being written on the outside of the package. You will need to complete this form to receive an authorisation code.
